At Eastern Iowa Landscape Services, we understand that designing your dream outdoor living space can be a daunting task. That’s why we have developed a comprehensive and collaborative landscape design process to make the experience as seamless and enjoyable as possible. Check out our process below:

Step 1: Consultation

The first step in the process is to schedule a consultation with one of our experts. During this meeting, we’ll listen to your ideas and discuss your goals for your outdoor space. We’ll also take the time to assess your property, including the size, sun exposure, and any unique features or challenges.

Based on the information gathered during the consultation, we’ll create a customized design proposal that incorporates your vision and goals. This proposal will include a detailed plan, sketches, and images of the proposed design.

Once you’ve reviewed the proposal, we’ll work with you to make any necessary revisions until you’re completely satisfied with the design. Our goal is to create a design that meets your needs and exceeds your expectations.

Once the design is finalized, our team of experienced installers will bring your vision to life. We’ll handle all aspects of the installation, from excavation and grading to the final installation of all elements, such as patios, fireplaces, water features, and retaining walls.

Step 5: Final Walk-Through

After the installation is complete, we’ll conduct a final walk-through to ensure that everything has been installed to your satisfaction. If any final tweaks or adjustments are needed, we’ll take care of them promptly.
